　　王炳黎,1950年生。国家一级美术师,现为中国书画研究院艺委会理事,陕西省书画培训学院特邀画家,中国计量大学、浙江科技学院艺术系客座教授,浙江海纳中国画画院副院长。

　　1973年始师从长安画派代表人物之一方济众先生1986年在陕西省国画院研修,多幅作品在全国画展获奖2005年出版《中国优秀美术家从书。王炳黎画集》,2007年出版《中国名家画集·王炳黎卷》,2014年12月出版《大国艺术-艺术大家二人行—刘文西、王炳黎作品辑》。2008年作品入编《100位艺术大家·山水画艺术经典卷》,2009年作品入编《和谐中国。当代著名面家作品集》,2011年作品入编《大家风范。名家八人山水集》。2014年,中国邮政发行传世名家名作专题邮票王炳黎作品珍藏版。2022年出版《荣宝斋期刊推荐艺术家——王炳黎》。2023年,由人民政协报主办的《画果》出版《当代中国书画名家王炳黎作品选》;河北美术出版社出版中国高等艺术院校名师教学范本《王炳黎山水画作品选》。2023年北京荣宝斋举办《画为心境、王炳黎山水画展。》

　　王炳黎先生的画,以继承传统、面对生活为基点,在悟道中对传统绘画技法进行现代演绎,广泛吸收各派之长,特别是长安画派。一手伸向传统,一手伸向生活,同时吸取了黄宾虹、李可染等大师的艺术养分,在传统与现代、具体与抽象、再现与表现中,找到了一个和谐的结合点,表达了一种情感热烈、浑厚磅磷、高亢激越、不断追求的精神境果。这就是他在芒术上不断进取的成功之道。

　　王炳黎先生作为西北黄士地上成长起来的画家,他那艺术的个性,自然体现了秦川大地粗犷奔放、朴实憨厚的风格。来到浙江,这里的一山一水一草一木,这里的乡士风情,都给他在艺术创作上以新的启迪。他把笔墨技巧与江南风情有机地结合在一起,使作品的意境与艺术内涵更加高雅、丰富,更加耐人寻味。

　　Wang Bingli was born in 1950. National first-class artist, currently serving as a member of the Art Committee of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, a specially invited painter from the Shaanxi Academy of Calligraphy and Painting Training, a visiting professor at the Art Department of China University of Metrology and Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, and vice president of Zhejiang Haina Chinese Painting Academy.

　　In 1973, he began studying under Mr. Fang Jizhong, one of the representative figures of the Chang'an School of Painting. In 1986, he studied at the Shaanxi Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting, and many of his works won awards at national art exhibitions. In 2005, he published the "Collection of Chinese Excellent Artists from Books. Wang Bingli's Paintings". In 2007, he published the "Collection of Chinese Famous Artists - Wang Bingli Volume". In December 2014, he published the "Collection of Works by Liu Wenxi and Wang Bingli - A Two Person Journey of Art Masters in Great Countries". In 2008, his work was included in the "100 Artists - Classic Volume of Landscape Painting Art". In 2009, his work was included in the "Harmonious China. Contemporary Famous Noodles Collection". In 2011, his work was included in the "Dajia Fengfan. Famous Eight People Landscape Collection". In 2014, China Post issued a rare edition of Wang Bingli's works as a special stamp for the famous works of renowned artists. In 2022, "Recommended Artist by Rongbaozhai Journal - Wang Bingli" was published. In 2023, the "Painting Fruit" sponsored by the People's Political Consultative Conference newspaper published "Selected Works of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Master Wang Bingli"; Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House has published the teaching model of famous teachers in Chinese higher art colleges, "Selected Works of Wang Bingli's Landscape Paintings". In 2023, Beijing Rongbaozhai held the "Painting as a Mood and Wang Bingli's Landscape Painting Exhibition

　　Mr. Wang Bingli's paintings are based on inheriting tradition and facing life, and modern interpretation of traditional painting techniques in enlightenment, widely absorbing the strengths of various schools, especially the Chang'an School of Painting. With one hand reaching towards tradition and the other towards life, we have absorbed the artistic nourishment of masters such as Huang Binhong and Li Keran, and found a harmonious combination between tradition and modernity, concrete and abstract, reproduction and expression, expressing a spiritual state of passionate emotions, rich phosphorus, high excitement, and continuous pursuit. This is the path to his continuous success in Mangshu.

　　Mr. Wang Bingli, as a painter who grew up on the land of Huangshi in the northwest, naturally embodies the rough and unrestrained, simple and honest style of Qinchuan. When he came to Zhejiang, the mountains, waters, plants, and trees here, as well as the rural style, gave him new inspiration in artistic creation. He organically combines brush and ink techniques with Jiangnan style, making the artistic conception and connotation of his works more elegant, rich, and thought-provoking.
