　　王炳黎，1950年生。国家一级美术师，现为中国书画研究院艺委会理事，陕西省书画培训学院特邀画家，中国计量大学、浙江科技学院艺术系客座教授，浙江海纳中国画画院副院长。

　　1973年始师从长安画派代表人物之一方济众先生，1986年在陕西省国画院研修，多幅作品在全国画展获奖。2005年出版由中国美协美术杂志社主办的《中国优秀美术家丛书·王炳黎画集》，2007年由中国文联出版社出版《中国名家画集·王炳黎卷》，2008年入编由文化部文化艺术人才中心编辑的《100位艺术大家·山水画艺术经典卷》，2009年入编由光明日报社主办出版的《和谐中国·当代著名画家作品集》，2011年人编中国图书出版社出版的《大家风范—名家八人山水集》。2014年，中国邮政发行传世名家名作专题邮票王炳黎作品珍藏版。2022年出版《荣宝斋期刊推荐艺术家——王炳黎》。2023年，由人民政协报主办的《画界》出版《当代中国书画名家王炳黎作品选》;河北美术出版社出版中国高等艺术院校名师教学范本《王炳黎山水画作品选》。2023年北京荣宝斋举办《画为心境、王炳黎山水画展》。

　　王炳黎先生的画，以继承传统、面对生活为基点，在悟道中对传统绘画技法进行现代演绎，广泛吸收各派之长，特别是长安画派。一手伸向传统，一手伸向生活，同时吸取了黄宾虹、李可染等大师的艺术养分，在传统与现代、具体与抽象、再现与表现中，找到了一个和谐的结合点，表达了一种情感热烈、浑厚磅礴、高亢激越、不断追求的精神境界。这就是他在艺术上不断进取的成功之道。

　　王炳黎先生作为西北黄土地上成长起来的画家，他那艺术的个性，自然体现了秦川大地粗犷奔放、朴实憨厚的风格。来到浙江，这里的一山一水一草一木，这里的乡士风情，都给他在艺术创作上以新的启迪。他把笔墨技巧与江南风情有机地结合在一起，使作品的意境与艺术内涵更加高雅、丰富，更加耐人寻味。

　　Wang Bingli was born in 1950. National first-class artist, currently serving as a member of the Art Committee of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, a specially invited painter from the Shaanxi Academy of Calligraphy and Painting Training, a visiting professor at the Art Department of China University of Metrology and Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, and vice president of Zhejiang Haina Chinese Painting Academy.

　　In 1973, he began studying under Mr. Fang Jizhong, one of the representative figures of the Chang'an School of Painting. In 1986, he studied at the Shaanxi Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting, and his multiple works won awards at national art exhibitions. In 2005, he published the "Series of Chinese Excellent Artists: Wang Bingli's Collection of Paintings" organized by the Art Magazine of the China Artists Association; In 2007, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Publishing House published the "Collection of Chinese Famous Artists: Wang Bingli Volume"; In 2008, he was included in the "100 Artists - Classic Volume of Landscape Painting Art" edited by the Cultural and Artistic Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture; In 2009, he was included in the "Harmonious China: Contemporary Famous Painters' Works Collection" organized and published by Guangming Daily; In 2011, he compiled the "Great Family Style - Famous Eight People Landscape Collection" published by China Book Publishing House. In 2014, China Post issued a rare edition of Wang Bingli's works as a special stamp for the famous works of renowned artists. In 2022, "Recommended Artist by Rongbaozhai Journal - Wang Bingli" was published. In 2023, the "Painting World" sponsored by the People's Political Consultative Conference newspaper published "Selected Works of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Master Wang Bingli"; Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House has published the teaching model of famous teachers in Chinese higher art colleges, "Selected Works of Wang Bingli's Landscape Paintings". In 2023, Beijing Rongbaozhai held the "Painting as a Mood and Wang Bingli's Landscape Painting Exhibition".

　　Mr. Wang Bingli's paintings are based on inheriting tradition and facing life, and modern interpretation of traditional painting techniques in enlightenment, widely absorbing the strengths of various schools, especially the Chang'an School of Painting. With one hand reaching towards tradition and the other towards life, we have absorbed the artistic nutrients of masters such as Huang Binhong and Li Keran, and found a harmonious combination between tradition and modernity, concrete and abstract, reproduction and expression, expressing a spiritual realm of passionate, rich and magnificent emotions, high and exciting, and continuous pursuit. 　　Mr. Wang Bingli, as a painter who grew up on the northwest loess ground, naturally embodies the rugged and unrestrained, simple and honest style of the Qinchuan land with his artistic personality. When he came to Zhejiang, the mountains, waters, plants, and trees here, as well as the rural style, gave him new inspiration in artistic creation. He organically combines brush and ink techniques with Jiangnan style, making the artistic conception and connotation of his works more elegant, rich, and thought-provoking.
