　　王旭东，字晓阳。原籍山东夏津县,1952年2月出生于河北省邯郸市。大专文化，1969年下乡插队，1977年专业从事文化宣传工作。现为邯郸市工人文化宫正高职研究馆员，中共党员。中国书法家协会会员;中国硬笔书法协会理事兼行书委员会副主任;中国文联书画艺术交流中心理事;中韩书画家联谊会理事;中国教育学会书法教育研究会会员;中国书画名家研究院副院长;河北省书协1至4届理事、5届主席团委员;河北省诗词协会会员;河北省硬笔书协副主席、邯郸市书法家协会名誉主席;市硬笔书法家协会主席;赵都书画艺术研究院院长、山东省书画研究院教授。自1982年担任文化宫宣传科长，1983年受邯郸市文联委托，文化宫委派负责筹建市书法家协会，担任协会秘书长、副主席兼秘书长共4届27年。50余次策划组织本市及跨省市大型书画活动，举办各类书画班近百期，搭建各种职工文化活动平台，为本市培养、扶植出一大批书画艺术人才。作品及传记入编《99’中国百杰书画家精品集》、《中国当代书画家名人大辞典》、《世界名人录》、《当代书画家传记》等40余部辞书和书画集，邯郸电视台曾播专题片《翰墨丹青洒真情》《王旭东的翰墨情怀》介绍赵都书画院及院长王旭东的事迹，2004年在邯郸市博物馆隆重举办个人书法展。

　　书法创作1985年获河北省书法家协会书法优秀创作奖:1995年获中国文联国际文学艺术博览会行书特别等级作品:1996年入选中国书协、中国美协“首届孺子生杯书大赛”:1999年获中国文联授予“九九百杰书法家”:2001年获河北省民政厅授予“省社团先进工作者”:2002年获河北省委宣传部授予“文化科技三下乡先进个人”:2003年2月应邀出席国务院人权书画笔会，书法作品被收藏:2005年获文化部侨联“爱我中华”世界华人书法美术大展书法金奖:2006年获中国爱心工程委员会、中国公益事业联合会授予“公益大使”;2006年获河北省文化厅“燕赵群星奖”一等奖;2008年获国家知识产权局“中国知识产权文化大使”提名:入选“中国百位著名书画家知识产权优秀作品”。

　　2008年获中国国家博物馆授予书画三十年杰出成就纪念奖，入展“纪念中国改革开放三十年艺术成就展”:2009年被聘为国务院中国亚太经合中心国宾礼特供艺术家:2010年获中国迎上海世博会公益书画展书法银奖:2011年3月应邀出席国务院法制办书画笔会，书法作品被收藏。2011年6月应邀为国务院北戴河度假村管理处创作，书法被收藏。2012年10-12月成功策划组织“庆祝18大”全市硬笔书法大奖赛:2013年3-7月，发起成立邯郸市硬笔书法家协会:2014年6-12月策划组织“聚贤杯”邯郸市规范汉字硬笔书法大赛;同年获中国硬笔书协先进个人;河北省硬笔书协授予2014省硬笔书坛影响力人物称号:2015年获省硬笔书协“榜样人物”荣誉称号:同年获邯郸市社科联授予社科先进人物:并获“全国社科工作先进个人”荣誉证书。2018年亲自授课把本市艺术高中第一批书法生带入大学。2019一2021年成功策划筹建曲周前寨红色教育基地“贾英杰革命事迹展览馆”。2020年带动本市硬笔书协成功承办河北省第八届硬笔书法大汇展，荣获河北省硬笔书协突出贡献人物奖。2022年被中国传统文化发展委员会授予“中国国礼艺术大师”称号。

　　Wang Xudong, also known as Xiaoyang. Originally from Xiajin County, Shandong Province, he was born in February 1952 in Handan City, Hebei Province. Junior college education, went to the countryside to jump in line in 1969, and specialized in cultural propaganda work in 1977. I am currently a senior vocational research librarian at the Workers' Cultural Palace in Handan City and a member of the Communist Party of China. Member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association; Director and Deputy Director of the Running Calligraphy Committee of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association; Director of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Exchange Center of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Director of the Sino Korean Calligrapher and Painter Association; Member of the Calligraphy Education Research Association of the Chinese Education Society; Vice President of the Research Institute of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters; Member of the 1st to 4th Board of Directors and 5th Presidium of the Hebei Calligraphy Association; Member of Hebei Poetry Association; Vice Chairman of Hebei Hard Pen Calligraphy Association and Honorary Chairman of Handan Calligraphers Association; Chairman of the Municipal Hard Pen Calligraphers Association; Director of Zhao Du Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute and Professor of Shandong Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute. Since 1982, he has served as the head of the Propaganda Department of the Cultural Palace. In 1983, he was entrusted by the Handan Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles to be responsible for the establishment of the Municipal Calligrapher Association. He served as the secretary general, vice chairman, and secretary general of the association for a total of 4 terms and 27 years. More than 50 large-scale calligraphy and painting activities have been planned and organized in this city and across provinces. Various calligraphy and painting classes have been held for nearly a hundred times, and various employee cultural activity platforms have been established to cultivate and support a large number of calligraphy and painting art talents for this city. His works and biographies have been included in over 40 dictionaries and art collections, including the '99' Collection of Top 100 Chinese Calligraphers and Painters', the 'Dictionary of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and Painters', the' World Celebrity List ', and the' Biography of Contemporary Calligraphers and Painters'. Handan TV has also broadcasted special films' Ink Paintings Showing True Love 'and' Wang Xudong's Ink Emotions', introducing the deeds of Zhao Du Calligraphy and Painting Academy and its president, Wang Xudong. In 2004, a personal calligraphy exhibition was grandly held at the Handan Museum.

　　In 1985, he won the Outstanding Calligraphy Creation Award from the Hebei Calligraphers Association. In 1995, he was awarded a special level of running script at the International Literature and Art Expo of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. In 1996, he was selected as a member of the China Calligraphers Association The "First Children's Cup Book Contest" of the China Artists Association: in 1999, it was awarded the title of "99 Hundred Outstanding Calligraphers" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; in 2001, it was awarded the title of "exemplary individual of the Provincial Association" by the Department of Civil Affairs of Hebei Province; in 2002, it was awarded the title of "exemplary individual of Culture, Science and Technology Going to the Countryside Three Times" by the Propaganda Department of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee; in February 2003, it was invited to attend the Human Rights Calligraphy and Painting Pen Fair of, Calligraphy works have been collected. In 2005, he was awarded the calligraphy gold medal at the "Love China" World Chinese Calligraphy and Art Exhibition by the Ministry of Culture and the Overseas Chinese Federation. In 2006, he was awarded the "Public Welfare Ambassador" by the China Love Engineering Committee and the China Public Welfare Federation; In 2006, won the first prize of the "Yan Zhao Star Award" by the Hebei Provincial Department of Culture; In 2008, he was nominated by the China National Intellectual Property Administration as the "Chinese Intellectual Property Cultural Ambassador" and was selected as the "Outstanding Intellectual Property Works of One Hundred Famous Calligraphers and Painters in China".

　　In 2008, he was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award in Calligraphy and Painting by the National Museum of China, and was exhibited at the "Art Achievement Exhibition in Commemoration of China's 30 Years of Reform and Opening up". In 2009, he was hired as a special artist for the State Council China Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Center. In 2010, he was awarded the Silver Award in Calligraphy at the Public Welfare Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition in Shanghai. In March 2011, he was invited to attend the Calligraphy, Painting, and Pen Festival of the State Council Legal Affairs Office, and his calligraphy works were collected. In June 2011, he was invited to create for the Beidaihe Resort Management Office of the State Council and his calligraphy was collected. From October to December 2012, we successfully planned and organized the "Celebration of the 18th National Congress" Handan Hard Pen Calligraphy Grand Prix. From March to July 2013, we initiated the establishment of the Handan Hard Pen Calligraphers Association. From June to December 2014, we planned and organized the "Juxian Cup" Handan Standardized Chinese Character Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition; In the same year, he was awarded exemplary individual of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association; Hebei Hard Pen Calligraphy Association awarded the title of 2014 Provincial Hard Pen Calligraphy Influential Person: in 2015, he was awarded the honorary title of "Model Person" by Hebei Hard Pen Calligraphy Association; in the same year, he was awarded the title of Advanced Person in Social Sciences by Handan Social Science Federation; and he was awarded the honorary certificate of "exemplary individual in National Social Science Work". In 2018, he personally taught and brought the first batch of calligraphy students from this city's art high school into universities. From 2019 to 2021, we successfully planned and established the "Jia Yingjie Revolution Exhibition Hall" for the Quzhou Qianzhai Red Education Base. In 2020, it led the city's Hard Pen Calligraphy Association to successfully host the 8th Hebei Province Hard Pen Calligraphy Exhibition and won the Outstanding Contribution Award from the Hebei Province Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. In 2022, he was awarded the title of "Master of Chinese National Rites Art" by the China Traditional Culture Development Committee.
