　　王天晞 1946.1生于西安,原籍山西运城市永济孙常村,中共党员,研究生学历。1970年毕业于西北大学历史系,1989年研究生于北京大学中国文化书院中外文化比较专业毕业(发有证书)。曾任职中国人民革命军事博物馆办公室主任(大校)';陈列宣教部部长兼研究馆员。任职期间连续承办了四届全国全军军事科研课题,成书《中国战典》《中国战争发展史》《中国历代战爭哲学探源》《中国战爭史地图集》等巨箸,获全军科研成果奖和优秀图书奖、中国出版政府奖提名奖。参与并带领团队进行了巜中国古近代战争》《兵器馆》《礼品馆》陈列修改布展。其中,《抗美援朝战爭馆》的布陈展示,获评全国十大精品展荣誉,(时为文博界的最髙奖项)退休后,致力研攻诗词和书法,获文化部艺术发展等三个中心联合授予"国家一级艺术大师″,又被评为"国家髙级书法师"发有证书。2017年获联合国可持续发展目标推进行动组委会巜和平公益书法大使》奖牌。2018年被评为"博鳌中国当代德艺双馨艺术家",书作被收藏。2019年参加新中国70华诞献礼,被评为十位"艺术标兵"之一;授予"博览五千年 塑造当代贤一一标杆书画家"。在全国书画名家抗疫"环球行"中被授予"大爱无疆"艺术家荣誉称号和"中国艺术抗疫大使;全国两会(2020年)推荐为"2020当代艺术领军人物"。2021年建党百年红色和诗书画大赛荣获特别金奖,收入作品集。经评审授予"百年巨匠一一新中国艺术名家"荣誉称号;当年9月1日,特授予"全国十佳杰出功勋艺术家"荣誉称号和《中国一线艺术家》称号。12月,被特批为《中俄艺术形象大使》;授予"中国航天艺术科普大使"。虎岁文化先行,助力冬奥,被颁发“2022北京冬奧会书画艺术大使"奨标。6月,作品巜俄烏双方当止战矣》被评为金奖,颁发铜牌、奖章及《中园艺术百花奖》证书。热爱和平,共筑长城,在庆贺建军95周年和联合国第20个国际和平日,被授予"国际和平艺术评家"称号;又被中华国礼特授于"国礼艺术家"(颁有印鍳)。年底,被评为《人民书画家》;2023年3月,被特授予〈中国当代世界级艺术家〉。5月1日接受聘书,被授于《兰亭奨终身成就獎》。

　　Wang Tianxi was born in Xi'an on June 1946, originally from Sunchang Village, Yongji, Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a graduate degree. Graduated from the Department of History at Northwestern University in 1970, and graduated with a certificate in 1989 with a graduate degree in Comparative Studies of Chinese and Foreign Cultures at the School of Chinese Culture at Peking University. Previously served as the Director (Colonel) of the Office of the Chinese People's Revolutionary Military Museum; Display the Minister of Propaganda and Education and Research Librarian. During his tenure, he has undertaken four consecutive national military research projects, and has written books such as "Chinese War Code", "History of Chinese War Development", "Exploring the Origin of Chinese Historical War Philosophy", and "Atlas of Chinese War History". He has won the Military Research Achievement Award, Excellent Book Award, and Nomination Award for China Publishing Government Award. Participated in and led the team to carry out the exhibition, modification, and layout of "Ancient and Modern Chinese War", "Weapon Museum", and "Gift Museum". Among them, the exhibition of "The War Museum of Resistance Against US Aggression and Aid to Korea" won the honor of being one of the top ten national boutique exhibitions. After retirement, he devoted himself to researching poetry and calligraphy, He was jointly awarded the title of "National First Class Artist" by three centers including the Ministry of Culture's Art Development, and was also awarded the title of "National Senior Calligrapher" with a certificate. In 2017, he was awarded the medal of "Peace and Public Welfare Calligraphy Ambassador" by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Promotion Action Organizing Committee. In 2018, he was awarded the title of "Boao Chinese Contemporary Moral and Artistic Shuangxin Artist", and his works were collected. In 2019, he participated in the 70th anniversary celebration of the People's Republic of China and was awarded one of the ten "art models" The Five Thousand Year Expo has shaped a benchmark calligrapher and painter in contemporary times. He was awarded the honorary title of "Great Love and Boundless" artist and "Chinese Art Anti Epidemic Ambassador" in the "Global Tour" of National Calligrapher and Painter Masters to Fight the Epidemic; Recommended as the "2020 Leading Figure in Contemporary Art" by the National People's Congress and National People's Congress (2020). He was awarded the title of "International Peace Art Critic" in celebration of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the army and the 20th International Peace Day of the United Nations. He was also awarded the title of "National Ceremony Artist" (with seal) by the Chinese ceremony. At the end of the year, he was awarded the title of "National Ceremony Artist" People's Calligraphers and Painters; In March 2023, he was awarded the title of "Contemporary Chinese World Class Artist".
