方关：男，1947年8月生，浙江建德人，中学教师。自八岁学书，历经六十余载，乐此不疲，逐步形成“雄劲、俊逸”的书法作品风格。早在上世纪八十年代初，就自编写了省编教材《初中语文生字词字帖》。2004年春，开始参加全国书法大赛，获奖数十次。

作品先后入选《中国书画大家传世作品集》、《中国荣誉向世界推荐的国礼艺术家》《魅力中国书画五大名家》《中国艺术大家》《中华美德大典》、《中国书画收藏最具投资价值二十位艺术家》、《中国艺圣启功方关双人集》、《水墨方阵》(刘大为、方关书画作品集)，《翰墨书香》(苏士澍、方关书法作品集)、《书坛同辉》(权希军、沈鹏、方关书法作品集)、《人民书画三大家》(苏士澍、范曾、方关)等十余部典籍，作品赴德、韩等国参展。2016年获中国国际艺术节“金猴奖"终

身成就奖，中国文联授予“国家优秀艺术家"称号。2019年5月8日央视书画频道作了“飘逸洒脱，柔中有刚"一中国当代书法名家方关专题报道。2020年荣获“国际文艺巅峰成就奖”，授予“世界当代十大顶级文艺大师"荣誉称号。同年八月在北京画馆成立“方关艺术馆”。九月经国际艺术投资网评定为“全球艺术投资巅峰奖"，并授予“全球最具投资价值与收藏潜力艺术家"荣誉称号。九月作品通过国礼特供艺术家评审委员会评审，批准为国务国宾礼特供艺术家。2021年授予“当代国藏艺术大家称号，并入编《国藏大家艺术档案》大型画册，又入编《艺术百年新中国十大巅峰艺术家》及《中国书法行书大典行书宗师八大家》。

现为中国书法家协会会员、中国民族文艺家联合会名誉主席，中国国家书画院副院长，中国书画名家协会理事，东方书画院客座教授，中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长。

Fang Guan: Male, born in August 1947, from Jiande, Zhejiang, China. He is a high school teacher. Since the age of eight, I have been studying calligraphy for more than sixty years and have enjoyed it tirelessly, gradually forming a style of "vigorous and elegant" calligraphy. As early as the early 1980s, I self compiled and wrote the provincial textbook "Word and Calligraphy Handbook for Middle School Chinese Students". In the spring of 2004, he began participating in the National Calligraphy Competition and won dozens of awards.

The works have been selected in the "Collection of Works of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters", "Chinese Honorary Recommended National Ritual Artists to the World", "Charming Five Famous Masters of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting", "Chinese Art Masters", "Chinese Virtue Encyclopedia", "Top 20 Artists with the Most Investment Value in Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Collection", "Chinese Art Sage Qigong Fangguan Shuangren Collection", and "Ink and Ink Square Formation" (Liu Dawei and Fangguan Calligraphy and Painting Works Collection), More than ten classic works, including "The Fragrance of Calligraphy" (a collection of calligraphy works by Su Shishu and Fang Guan), "The Glory of the Calligraphy World" (a collection of calligraphy works by Quan Xijun, Shen Peng, and Fang Guan), and "The Three Great Masters of People's Calligraphy and Painting" (Su Shishu, Fan Zeng, and Fang Guan), have been exhibited in Germany, South Korea, and other countries. Received the "Golden Monkey Award" at the China International Art Festival in 2016

The Body Achievement Award was awarded the title of "National Excellent Artist" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. On May 8, 2019, the CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel gave a special report on "Elegant and Free, Soft and Hard" by Fang Guan, a renowned contemporary Chinese calligrapher. In 2020, he was awarded the "International Literary and Art Summit Achievement Award", Awarded the honorary title of "Top Ten Contemporary Artists in the World". In August of the same year, the "Fangguan Art Museum" was established at the Beijing Painting Museum. In September, it was awarded the "Global Art Investment Peak Award" by the International Art Investment Network and the honorary title of "World's Most Valuable Investment and Collection Potential Artist". In September, the work passed the evaluation of the National Gift Special Supply Artist Evaluation Committee and was approved as a State Guest Special Supply Artist. In 2021, it was awarded the title of "World's Most Valuable Investment and Collection Potential Artist" The title of "Contemporary Master of National Tibetan Art" was awarded, and it was included in the large-scale album "Archives of National Tibetan Art". It was also included in the "Top Ten Peak Artists of New China in the Century of Art" and "Eight Masters of Chinese Calligraphy and Running Script".

I am currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Honorary Chairman of the Chinese National Federation of Literary and Artists, Vice President of the National Academy of Calligraphy and Painting of China, Director of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Visiting Professor of the Oriental Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, and Honorary Curator of the China International Art Museum.
