狄青云，大号狄清云，1942 年生于烟台市，1958 年参加工作于山东省省人民政府交际处，1965 年在铁路负责书画宣传工作，2002年退休应邀参赛全国(国际)书画大赛，2020年曾荣获全世界艺术大赛最高奖:联合国主办的联合国和平艺术大奖，并授予“联合国重点推荐艺术名家”荣誉称号和授予“联合国和平艺术大使”荣誉称号，并同时获得联合国教科文组织，联合世界各国俄、韩、美、英、法、日、意、澳等国举办的艺术大赛金奖、特等奖、终身最高艺术成就贡献奖 60 多次。

2002年至2023年由全国书画大赛中由文化部、中国文联国家书法家协会、国家美术家协会主办和联合举办书画艺术大赛曾荣获大奖金奖、一等奖、特等奖、终身艺术最高传播成就贡献奖320多次。银、铜、二等奖、三等奖、精品佳作、特别优秀等奖130多次。

2015年联合国成立七十周年在美国纽约举办的“中国书法展”在国内特邀十几位大家参展，展后由联合国艺术评估委员会对我两幅作品“紫气东升”“神州大地炎黄子孙龙的传人中国梦”鉴定评估为40万-50万/平方尺

2020年由中共中央宣传部、国家文化部、中国文联对我的艺术资质认定为“国家特级书画家”颁发证书。2018 年曾由中国文联对我的书法艺术评定为“国家特级书法师”荣誉称号

现任中国文联名誉期间，中国艺术家交流协会、中国国学协会，中国书画学会名誉主席，政协画院，国家书画院副院长，中国数字艺术馆馆长，中国书法家协会会员，“国家特级书画家”“国家特级书法师”等职。

连续被国家(国际)艺术团体授予“2010-2018 年度书画领袖人物”“2012年度艺术领袖”“世界华人艺术领袖”“国家六大艺术泰斗”，“中国十大艺术领军人物”等荣誉称号500多项。

Di Qingyun, also known as Di Qingyun, was born in Yantai City in 1942. In 1958, he started working at the Communication Department of the Shandong Provincial People's Government. In 1965, he was responsible for promoting calligraphy and painting on the railway. In 2002, he retired and was invited to participate in the National (International) Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2020, he won the highest prize in the world art competition: the United Nations Peace Art Award hosted by the United Nations, And awarded the honorary title of "United Nations Key Recommended Artist" and the honorary title of "United Nations Peace Art Ambassador". At the same time, it has won more than 60 gold medals, special awards, and lifetime highest artistic achievement contribution awards in art competitions organized by UNESCO and countries around the world such as Russia, South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Japan, Italy, and Australia.

From 2002 to 2023, the National Calligraphy and Painting Competition was jointly organized and organized by the Ministry of Culture, the National Calligraphers Association of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the National Artists Association. The calligraphy and painting art competition has won more than 320 awards, including the Gold Award, First Prize, Special Prize, and the Lifetime Art Achievement Contribution Award. Silver, copper, second and third prizes, exquisite works, and special excellence have won more than 130 awards.

The "Chinese Calligraphy Exhibition" held in New York, USA on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations in 2015 invited more than a dozen people to participate in the exhibition in China. After the exhibition, the United Nations Art Evaluation Committee evaluated my two works, "Purple Qi Ascending to the East" and "The Descendant of the Chinese Dream of the Chinese and Yellow Dragons in the Land of China", and estimated them to be 400000-500000 yuan per square foot

In 2020, the Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, the Ministry of Culture of China, and the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles awarded me a certificate of "National Special Grade Calligrapher and Painter" for my artistic qualification. In 2018, my calligraphy art was awarded the honorary title of "National Super Calligrapher" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles
