孟培生，男，1937年生，云南省陆良县人，中专文化，退休干部。1956-1976年在部队工作，1977- 1996年在国企工作，1996 年退休后专心研习书法至今。现为中国书法家协会会员，中国艺术品收藏协会会员，三希堂国际书画研究会终身会员，中企报盟信息科学研究院《艺术资本》会员，中国国家书画院副主席，中华书画学会副主席，中国民族建筑研究院书画艺术专业委员会理事会副主席，颜真卿书画研究院名誉院长。

书法作品多以自作诗联为载体，多次入选国内外大型书法展，赛，获等级奖多项，入编优秀典籍多部。获奖作品被有关部、院、馆收藏。曾被有关单位授予中国当代文人书法家，感动中国·书坛名家之德艺双馨艺术家，中国艺术飞天奖杰出贡献人物，新中国书法最高荣誉奖，共和国诗书画功勋人物，感动中国杰出文化传承人，中国最具收藏价值书画家;世界和平艺术大师:书画界新领军人物等称号。2013年被评为《文化人物》载入飞天奖特刊封面人物；2014 年接受央视电教中心《名家讲座》主持人采访；2015 年应邀参加当代最具贡献书画家献礼《大阅兵》出版个人专集； 2016 年应邀参加新闻人物献礼全国两会多家媒体报道，获书画界新闻人物金色扁牌；2018年，由北京华艺书画院出版青花瓷个人精品专集，被华夏翰墨文化传媒评为《艺术之星》，2018 中国书画年度人物；同年被邀参加新文艺群体中国国家书画名家作品展，翰墨传奇全国书画名家作品展；企业文化交流网纪念改革开放40周年作品展均爱好评；被重点推荐在环球艺术与英国画家达芬奇同时被中外书画名家世纪收藏；在中国文化出版社出版的聚焦2018中国梦，2019迎春书画精品特刊上与范迪安，欧阳中石，沈鹏、韩美琳同时入编《收藏指南》。

2019年，庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年与欧阳中石、韩美琳、孙其峰本人被中国集邮总公司特邀出版伟大历程，中华复兴大型文献珍藏邮册。2019 年同年参加中国网络资讯台，艺术频道，国内顶级书画大师全球巡展被评为特等奖。

参加华夏翰墨艺术网《时代颂歌》献礼建国70周年书画作品联展，并载入全国书画人才资料数据库。

本人创作理念是贴近时代，贴近生活，把对党对祖国对人民爱的情感写入作品之中，在求新、求真、求精上下功夫，让欣赏者受到中国传统文化的教育，增长知识、得到启迪，获得美的享受。

2020年2月为武汉加油，万众一心，抗击疫情！

2020年11月与范迪安、苏士澍、沈鹏、扬晓阳、徐宝、何家英共同出版翰墨大爱，艺术抗疫丝绸珍藏册，作为礼品赠送给武汉红十字会1000册。

2020年7月，参加闽南红年华书画馆举办的“情系关帝·魅力五洲”2020大型书画作品展，获好评被授予名誉副馆长。

2020年12月，和北京和艺秋文化传播有限公司签约为黄金会员。

Meng Peisheng, male, born in 1937, is from Luliang County, Yunnan Province. He has a vocational school education and is a retired cadre. I worked in the military from 1956 to 1976, and in state-owned enterprises from 1977 to 1996. After retiring in 1996, I have been devoted to studying calligraphy to this day. I am currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, the Chinese Art Collection Association, a lifelong member of the Sanxitang International Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, a member of the "Art Capital" of the Information Science Research Institute of the China Enterprise Newspaper Alliance, the Vice Chairman of the Chinese National Calligraphy and Painting Academy, the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Society, the Vice Chairman of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the Chinese Academy of Ethnic Architecture, and the Honorary Dean of the Yan Zhenqing Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute.

Many calligraphy works are based on self written poetry couplets, and have been selected for large-scale calligraphy exhibitions and competitions both domestically and internationally. They have won multiple level awards and have been included in many excellent classics. The award-winning works are collected by relevant departments, institutes, and museums. Has been awarded the title of contemporary Chinese literati calligrapher, a renowned calligrapher with both moral and artistic qualities, an outstanding contributor to the Chinese Art Feitian Award, the highest honor award for calligraphy in New China, a meritorious figure in poetry, calligraphy, and painting in the Republic of China by relevant units, an outstanding cultural inheritor who has moved China, and the most valuable collector of Chinese calligraphy and painting; World Peace Art Master: New Leader in the Calligraphy and Painting Industry, and other titles. In 2013, he was selected as a cover character for the special issue of the Flying Apsaras Award in "Cultural Figures"; In 2014, interviewed by the host of "Famous Lectures" at CCTV Education Center; In 2015, he was invited to participate in the publication of his personal collection "The Great Parade" as a gift from the most significant contemporary calligrapher and painter; In 2016, I was invited to participate in the National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and received a gold medal as a news figure in the calligraphy and painting industry; In 2018, a personal boutique collection of blue and white porcelain was published by Beijing Huayi Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and was named the "Star of Art" by Huaxia Hanmo Culture Media. It was also named the 2018 Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Person of the Year; In the same year, he was invited to participate in the National Exhibition of Famous Calligraphers and Painters in the New Literature and Art Group and the National Exhibition of Famous Calligraphers and Painters in the Legend of Hanmo; The exhibition of works commemorating the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening up on the Enterprise Culture Exchange Network has received positive reviews; Highly recommended for both Universal Art and British painter Leonardo da Vinci, and collected by renowned Chinese and foreign calligraphers and painters for centuries; In the special issue of the 2018 Chinese Dream and 2019 Spring Festival Calligraphy and Painting Boutique published by China Culture Publishing House, Fan Dian, Ouyang Zhongshi, Shen Peng, and Han Meilin were also included in the Collection Guide.

In 2019, in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Ouyang Zhongshi, Han Meilin, and Sun Qifeng were invited by the China Philatelic Corporation to publish a large collection of documents on the great journey of China's rejuvenation. In the same year of 2019, he participated in the China Network Information Channel, Art Channel, and the Global Tour of Top Domestic Calligraphy and Painting Masters and was awarded a special prize.

Participated in the joint exhibition of calligraphy and painting works for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China on the Huaxia Hanmo Art Network's "Ode to the Times", and included them in the national database of calligraphy and painting talent information.

My creative philosophy is to be close to the times, close to life, and incorporate the emotions of love for the Party, the motherland, and the people into my works. I strive for novelty, truth, and refinement, so that viewers can receive education from traditional Chinese culture, gain knowledge, enlightenment, and enjoy beauty.

In November 2020, together with Fan Dian, Su Shishu, Shen Peng, Yang Xiaoyang, Xu Bao, and He Jiaying, we jointly published a collection of calligraphy, calligraphy, and anti epidemic silk. We presented 1000 copies as gifts to the Wuhan Red Cross.

In July 2020, participated in the 2020 large-scale calligraphy and painting exhibition "Emotional Guandi · Charming Five Continents" held by the Minnan Hongnian Hua Calligraphy and Painting Museum, received high praise and was awarded the honorary deputy director.
