李宏铭，男，汉族，高中学历，中共党员，1955年出生在山西省翼城县隆化镇两坂村。曾在村担任团支部书记，大队统计，民兵连长治保主任等职因受父亲影响自幼爱好书法，高中毕业回村后，经常给村上写标语。给村民写春联等，受书法家张兴耀先生的亲自指教。2006年以来参加全国书法大赛，多件作品入编优秀作品集，部分作品被国家相关单位永久收藏，还被录入世界名人录，被中国文化发展促进会吸收为榜书研究会会负，还是国际启功书画艺术研究会研究员，还被中国收藏拍卖网签约为高级书颜师，被联合国美术家协会吸收为会员，多件作品被“中国收藏”“鉴藏”“东方之子”“中国艺术百年”“国际商报”等报刊杂志刊登，还出有大家名家系列之个人专辑，获得纪念改革开放 35 周年国学文化艺术最高成就奖金奖，终身艺术成就奖。

2008年政协礼堂出席奥运倒计时一百天，北京座谈会，十届政协期主席亲自接见同年在山东寿光参加全国第三届书画博览会，现为中国网教中心客座教授，还被推选为中国当代艺术协会终身名誉主席、国际书画院终身名誉院长、中国艺术工作者协会终身会长，被中国文联选为“世界非物质文化遗产传承人”，中国梦艺术先行着。2015年7月20日中天艺术评审委员会聘请为中天艺术评审委员会终身名誉会长；

2015年8月8日北京晚晴书画院评选为北京晚晴书画院终身名誉院长：2015年8月15日北京孔子研究院授予中国文化艺术贡献奖2015年11月10日国际艺术家协会授予国际文化艺术形象大使称号；

2016年1月翰墨艺评艺术研究院发行和“范曾、欧阳中石、张大千”四人台历：2016年1月6日中国文学艺术界联合会授予国家一级书法家荣誉称号：2016年3月1日中国邓小平理论研究会授迎接全国人大十 届四次会议新中国时代糟模：2016年5月2日世界艺术研究中心授予世界艺术巨匠称号2016年10月26日中国书法家协会授予中国当代书法艺术名家称号：2016年6月28日中国国学研究会授予中国共产党成立九十五周年特别人物贡献奖；

Li Hongming, male, Han ethnicity, with a high school education, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He was born in 1955 in Liangban Village, Longhua Town, Yicheng County, Shanxi Province. I have served as the secretary of the village youth league branch, the statistician of the brigade, and the director of the militia company's management and protection. Influenced by my father, I have been fond of calligraphy since childhood. After graduating from high school and returning to the village, I often write slogans for the village. Write Spring Festival couplets for the villagers and receive personal guidance from calligrapher Mr. Zhang Xingyao. Since 2006, he/she has participated in the National Calligraphy Competition, with multiple works included in the Excellent Works Collection. Some of his/her works have been permanently collected by relevant national units and even included in the World Celebrity List. He/she has been recognized as a negative member of the List Research Association by the China Association for the Promotion of Cultural Development, a researcher at the International Qigong Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association, a senior calligrapher signed by the China Collection and Auction Network, and a member of the United Nations Artists Association, Multiple works have been published in newspapers and magazines such as "China Collection", "Jiancang", "Oriental Son", "Chinese Art Centenary", and "International Business Daily". There are also a series of personal albums by famous artists, winning the highest achievement award in traditional Chinese culture and art commemorating the 35th anniversary of reform and opening up, as well as the Lifetime Art Achievement Award.

In 2008, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) attended a 100 day countdown to the Olympics at the Beijing Symposium. The 10th CPPCC Chairman personally received the attendance at the 3rd National Painting and Calligraphy Expo in Shouguang, Shandong. He is currently a visiting professor at the China Online Education Center and has been elected as the Lifetime Honorary Chairman of the China Contemporary Art Association, the Lifetime Honorary Dean of the International Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and the Lifetime President of the China Artists Association, Selected by the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles as the "inheritor of the world's intangible cultural heritage", the Chinese Dream Art has taken the lead. On July 20, 2015, the Zhongtian Art Review Committee appointed him as the lifetime honorary president of the Zhongtian Art Review Committee;

On August 8, 2015, Beijing Wanqing Painting and Calligraphy Academy was selected as the Lifetime Honorary Dean of Beijing Wanqing Painting and Calligraphy Academy. On August 15, 2015, Beijing Confucius Institute awarded the Chinese Cultural and Artistic Contribution AwardOn November 10, 2015, the International Artists Association awarded the title of International Cultural and Artistic Image Ambassador;

In January 2016, the Hanmo Art Review Art Research Institute released the "Fan Zeng, Ouyang Zhongshi, Zhang Daqian" Four person calendar: January 6, 2016, awarded the National First Class Calligrapher Honorary Title by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; March 1, 2016, awarded the Chinese Deng Xiaoping Theory Research Association to welcome the Fourth Session of the Tenth National People's Congress; New China Era Worse Model: May 2, 2016, awarded the World Art Master title by the World Art Research Center; October 26, 2016, awarded the Chinese Calligraphers Association the title of Chinese Contemporary Calligraphy Art Master; June 28, 2016, China National Studies Research The Special Person Contribution Award for the 95th Anniversary of the Founding of the CPC will be awarded;

In January 2017, he was specially appointed as the Vice President of the Chinese National Studies Calligraphers and Painters Exchange Association; On March 7, 2017, the Beijing Collectors Association awarded him the honorary title of level collector. On March 26, 2017, the China National Studies Research Association awarded him the title of 21st Century New Century Hanmo Art Master. On April 18, 2017, the Royal Academy of Arts in Hong Kong awarded him a lifetime honorary doctorate;

In July 2017, my personal resume and some of my works were published in both Chinese and English on the first cultural channel of the China Hanmo Art Review Art Research Institute;

In July 2017, Beijing Huaxia Guoli Certification Center, Beijing Guoyi Cuibao Calligraphy and Painting Institute, in collaboration with China Post, issued a commemorative collection of commemorative stamps for the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China;

On July 20, 2017, the World Cultural Research Center awarded the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Meritorious Artistic Figure;

On October 26, 2017, the International Artists Association awarded the title of International Presidential Artist of the Republic.
