李胜玉，1939 年4月生，山西省晋城市高平米山镇酒务村人，中共党员，原任晋城市职业一中副校长分管教学工作学校从无到有，从有到优，成为省和国家重点学校。退休后热爱书画参加省市和国家级书画大赛，第二届中国(许昌)吴道子故里书画节暨第六届书画名家大赛获优秀作品奖，作品被吴道子艺术馆永久收藏，本人被聘为吴道子艺术馆理事书画师。2014 年迎接亚太经合组织峰会胜利召开《花香鸟语迎贵宾》获银奖。2017 年党的十九大胜利召开中国当代书画名家精品展《万紫千红颂党恩》获金奖。2019 年庆祝中华人民共和国成立七十周年，荣获国家荣耀奖。2021 年中国共产党百年诞辰作品获金奖。2020 年六月中国国际艺术网授于人民艺术家，2021 年11 月中国艺术联合会、联合国科教文组织、大国荣耀组委会聘任为“联合国文艺宣传大使”。2022 年 5月国际艺术交流协会等单位严格评审、反复评定甄选为“诺贝尔国际艺术奖”获得者，授于“国际艺术颠峰人物”荣誉称号。2022 年九月，共和国文艺功勋网，中国文化名人名家网，中国文人诗词书画网评为共和国文艺最高成就奖。

Li Shengyu, born in April 1939, was from Jiuwu Village, Gaoping Mishan Town, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province. He was a member of the Communist Party of China and was formerly the Vice President of Jincheng Vocational No.1 Middle School, responsible for teaching work. The school has grown from scratch and from excellence to excellence, becoming a provincial and national key school. After retirement, I have a passion for calligraphy and painting and participated in provincial, municipal, and national calligraphy and painting competitions. I won the Excellent Works Award at the 2nd China (Xuchang) Wu Daozi Hometown Calligraphy and Painting Festival and the 6th Calligraphy and Painting Masters Competition. My works have been permanently collected by the Wu Daozi Art Museum, and I have been hired as a director of the Wu Daozi Art Museum as a calligrapher and painter. In 2014, the successful convening of the "Welcoming VIPs with Flowers and Birds" at the APEC Summit won a silver medal. In 2017, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China successfully held the Fine Exhibition of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and Painters, titled "Ode to the Party's Grace with Colorful Colors", which won a gold medal. In 2019, celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, we were awarded the National Honor Award. In 2021, the centennial work of the CPC won the gold medal. In June 2020, he was appointed as a People's Artist by China International Art Network. In November 2021, he was appointed as the "United Nations Cultural and Art Propaganda Ambassador" by the China Art Federation, UNESCO, and the Grand Honor Organizing Committee. In May 2022, the International Art Exchange Association and other organizations rigorously evaluated and repeatedly selected the recipients of the Nobel International Art Prize, and awarded them the honorary title of "International Art Summit Figure". In September 2022, the Republic of China Literature and Art Meritorious Network, China Cultural Celebrities and Famous Masters Network, and China Scholars Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Network were awarded the highest achievement award in the Republic of China's literature and art.
